Job Description
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
- Assist with activities of daily living, including feeding and toileting.
- Assist with meal preparation.
- Provide transportation to appointments and community outings.
- Document client progress and behavior in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Participate in staff meetings and training as required.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients, families, and co-workers.

- Provide training of basic personal and social skills, life-skills, or work skills to individuals.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be 21 years old or older.
- Experience working with individuals with IDD preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
