Job Requirements
Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN
- Active Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
- Minimum of 1 year recent paid experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN
- COVID Vaccinated
- Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
- Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
- Reliable transportation & smartphone
