Nurse Practitioner(NP) contract in One World Trade Center, 285 Fulton St (85TH FL), New York, NY 10007
We have an NP position in Nacogdoches with a client. They are looking for a NP to help with Palliative care, this is a fulltime position 4 10-Hour shifts, no call/weekends pay is $84 an hr start date 8/19. This would be seeing pts. in home. This is a 13 week contract and possible temp to hire.
Education/Experience:
• Minimum of Masters of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing, or an equivalent as allowed under state law
• Minimum of two years Nurse Practitioner experience
• Nurse Practitioner specialty in Family or Adult Medicine preferred
• Practice experience with Part B billing
• Able to work autonomously in an Advanced Practice Role
Licenses/Certifications/Agreements:
• Current license as a registered nurse or equivalent as required by state law for Nurse Practitioner licensure
• Current Nurse Practitioner certification/license
• Part B Provider certification
• Federal DEA license
• Current automobile insurance and valid driver’s license
