CA License in hand
BLS/ CPR- Required
Hospice Experience: 1 year required
22-25 visits per week for productivity
Brightree/ Matric Care experience a plus
COVID Vaccination preferred- Exemptions permitted
Mileage reimbursement- IRS standard - COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):
